  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it's easy to make a return and get a refund. No authorization is required. For more information about convenient return options, visit Returns.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    If you were signed into your account when you placed your order, you can track it. Simply visit My Orders in My Account to check the status of your shipment(s). After placing your order, you receive an email confirming the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We typically send this confirmation email within 2-3 days after you place your order. If you never received a confirmation email or deleted it, please contact us so we can provide you with the tracking information.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

    If you were signed into your account when you placed your order, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If you want to change your order within the 30 minute time frame, cancel the original order and place a new one with the changes you would like to make.

    To cancel your order, simply sign into your account, click on My Account and then My Orders. Select your order and click to cancel.

  • WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

    No worries, you can easily get a new one. Start to sign into My Account using the email address you entered when you created the account. Next, click "Reset Password." You will quickly receive an email from us. Open the email, and click the link, and you can enter your new password. Then you're good to go.

  • WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

  • HOW DOES HUMVLE STORE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

    HUMVLE does not store your credit card number. When you first save your credit card to your HUMVLE account, we immediately send your credit card number to our payment processing vendor. That vendor stores and protects your credit card information in its secure data centers. In return, HUMVLE receives a unique identifier called a "token" from the vendor and stores it in your account. This token doesn't contain your sensitive credit card number, and only represents your credit card to our vendor. The card number can't be reverse engineered from the token, and the token is meaningless to third parties. Using tokens makes your payments more secure because your credit card information resides in only one place—our vendor's secure data centers.

  • WHY IS THE TAX ON MY ORDER ESTIMATED?

    The amount of tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and may change between the time you place an order and the time that it ships. The actual amount of tax will be calculated based on the applicable state and local taxes at the time of shipment.

  • HOW DO I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

    To add items to your shopping bag, click the item(s) you'd like to purchase, select a color, size, quantity, and then 'ADD TO BAG.' You will then be prompted to either 'Continue Shopping' or to 'View and Edit Bag' and proceed to check out.

    To check out, either click 'View and Edit Bag' after you have placed the last item you'd like to purchase in your cart or click on the Shopping Bag link in the upper right corner of the site followed by 'View and Edit Bag.' Once on your Shopping Bag page, follow the prompts to place your order, starting with clicking on 'Go to Checkout'. During the checkout process, you will see your merchandise total as well as the cost for shipping and sales tax. Your order total amount is guaranteed at the exchange rate at the time your order is placed.

  • WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES HUMVLE SUPPORT?

    HUMVLE supports VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

  • CAN I TRACK MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

    YES, definitely! To track you order, visit HUMVLE's international order tracking page and enter your order number and billing email address. It's that easy.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH MY ORDER WILL COST?

    After you add items to your shopping bag and click on 'Go to Checkout', HUMVLE will calculate the order total in your preferred currency. This will include all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes required by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination location. Your order total amount is guaranteed at the exchange rate at the time your order is placed. No surprises!

  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT WILL BE DUE WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Absolutely not! When you use HUMVLE global checkout, you'll be provided an order total in your preferred currency. This will be the exact amount you'll be billed by HUMVLE. There won't be any additional fees when your order is delivered unless you select DDU Delivery options.

    Please note: HUMVLE.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

    If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at support@HUMVLE.com and we'll provide you with information on where to ship your return. Refunds for returned items will be credited to you by HUMVLE in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order, and including duties and taxes. Returns must be made within 45 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refunded.

  • WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?

    Please return your original order as outlined above, then place a new order for the additional items you would like to purchase.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REFUNDS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?

    Once we have received your return, your credit will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days for the credit to be reflected on your account. If you provide an email address, HUMVLE will email you when your return has been received and processed.

  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to edit your order once it has been placed.

  • CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

    Shipping an order to multiple addresses is not available at this time. For delivery to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

  • WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

    Your credit card will be billed by HUMVLE when your international order is shipped to you.

  • WHAT WILL MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SAY?

    Your credit card will be billed by HUMVLE and your credit card statement will say "HUMVLE, INC."

  • DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

    Shipping to international military addresses is not available at this time. If you'd like to ship an order to a U.S. APO (Army postal office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military address, please use our domestic checkout. Please note that when shipping to a U.S. military address, your billing address must be in the U.S.

  • DO FREE SHIPPING OFFERS AND OTHER CODE DRIVEN PROMOTIONS APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

    At this time, domestic free shipping offers and code driven promotions only apply to U.S. shipments.

  • WHAT IF I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

    If you don't remember your password, it's easy to get a new one. Simply click "Forgot My Password" on the Sign In page. We will email you a special link so you can quickly create a new password.

  • HOW DO I MANAGE MY ACCOUNT?

    f you already have an Account, sign in, then simply click “My Account” at the top of any page. You will go to the My Account page. Here you can update, edit, and correct your Account information. You can change your password, change your ship-to addresses, edit your personal information, and more. Plus, you can view your online Order History and view (or edit) your personal Favorites List.

  • WHAT ABOUT MY ADDRESS BOOK?

    You can enter and store multiple ship-to addresses, so you will have them handy during the checkout process (U.S. addresses only). Simply click the link for “Update My Addresses” under My Account. Then enter the addresses you'd like us to keep on file ... to help make shopping even faster and easier.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

    You may change your password any time you wish, for any reason. Just go to My Account, click on "update my profile" and update your information.

  • WHAT IS MY ORDER HISTORY? HOW DO I USE IT?

    Your Order History gives you information on orders you have placed with us online and shipped to a U.S. address while you were signed into your account. It lets you see your order status at a glance, so you can quickly reorder your favorites. Order history for purchases at HUMVLE.com include orders placed since 2/4/2020.

  • WHAT IS MY FAVORITES? HOW DO I PUT ITEMS INTO IT?

    My Favorites is your personal record of your favorite products. Keep your personal favorite list for yourself or share it with friends and family, so they'll know what you want for birthdays, holidays, or anytime!
    It's easy to use! Simply click the "Save to My Favorites” link whenever you find an item you like. The product will automatically be added to your personal Favorites List.
    To share your personal Favorites List with friends, go to View My Favorites and click the "Share Your Favorites" button.

    NOTE: Items in your personal Favorites List remain there until you remove them. However, they are not reserved (as in a layaway program). So, if you want to make sure you obtain an item — especially when supplies are limited — you may prefer to order right away.

  • IF HUMVLE DOESN'T STORE MY CARD INFORMATION, HOW ARE MY PAYMENTS PROCESSED?

    When you make a purchase using a stored credit card, HUMVLE sends our payment processing vendor the "token" that we have on file for your payment method. Our vendor then uses that token to pull up your credit card information and securely process your payment. The use of tokens eliminates the need for HUMVLE to send your credit card information to our payment processor each time you make a purchase. This helps us protect your credit card information from interception while in transit and improves the security of your HUMVLE account.

  • WHAT IS A CVV NUMBER, AND WHY DO I STILL NEED TO ENTER IT AT CHECKOUT AFTER I HAVE STORED A CREDIT CARD IN MY ACCOUNT?

    CVV numbers are three or four digit security codes displayed on your credit card. They are an anti–fraud security feature that helps verify that you are in possession of your credit card at the time of a purchase. Our payment processing vendor does not store CVV numbers (and neither does HUMVLE), so we collect them at each transaction as an additional security measure.
